RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from SIEB LLC (“SIEB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and online store.
By placing an order with SIEB, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many SIEB products are produced, printed, embroidered, or otherwise prepared specifically after an order is placed. SIEB utilizes independent third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, and shipping carriers to manufacture and/or fulfill certain products.
Because many SIEB products are made specifically for each order, customers should carefully review product details, sizing, colors, and selections before purchasing. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with this Policy. For eligible non-defective returns, customers may choose free returns for store credit or a refund to the original payment method, subject to a $7 return-label fee per item returned.
2. RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Eligible non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of this Policy.
Returns may be accepted for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, fit, or personal preference.
Customers may choose a free return for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, a $7 return-label fee applies to each item returned and will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.
Customers must contact SIEB for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
3. SIZING AND FIT
Sizing may vary between manufacturers, product styles, materials, and garment types.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product information provided on the applicable product page before ordering.
A product fitting differently than expected does not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect.
Except where required by law, SIEB does not guarantee that a particular size will provide a particular fit for an individual customer.
4. COLORS, IMAGES AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, actual colors and appearance may vary because of factors including:
-
Screen and monitor settings;
-
Device display differences;
-
Lighting;
-
Photography;
-
Digital mockups;
-
Printing methods;
-
Embroidery;
-
Fabric composition and texture;
-
Dye lots;
-
Manufacturing processes; and
-
Normal production tolerances.
Product photographs, lifestyle images, digital renderings, mockups, and other visual representations are intended to help illustrate the product. Minor differences between an image and the finished physical product do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Nothing in this section limits any rights arising from a materially inaccurate product description or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive an item that is materially damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the product ordered because of a manufacturing or fulfillment error, contact SIEB as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery, unless applicable law provides you with a longer mandatory period.
Your claim should include:
-
Your order number;
-
Your full name;
-
A description of the problem;
-
Clear photographs showing the entire product;
-
Clear close-up photographs showing the defect, damage, or error;
-
A photograph of the packaging and shipping label when relevant; and
-
Any additional photographs or information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
If multiple products are affected by the same issue, we may request a photograph or video showing all affected products together.
Do not discard the product or its packaging until the claim has been resolved.
6. REMEDIES FOR QUALIFYING CLAIMS
After reviewing a qualifying claim, SIEB may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:
-
Arrange a replacement or reprint;
-
Issue a full or partial refund;
-
Provide another legally appropriate remedy; or
-
Request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.
Submission of a claim does not automatically establish that a product is defective or that a refund or replacement is owed.
Nothing in this Policy limits a remedy that applicable law requires SIEB to provide.
7. RETURNS OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Do not mail a product back to SIEB, Printful, a manufacturer, fulfillment center, or any address appearing on the package unless SIEB specifically instructs you to do so.
For many verified manufacturing defects or damaged-item claims, a physical return may not be required.
If SIEB determines that a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions.
Where SIEB requires the return of an item because of a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or other error for which SIEB is legally responsible, SIEB will address reasonable return-shipping costs as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
8. RETURN SHIPPING FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For authorized non-defective returns, customers may choose a free return for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, a $7 return-label fee applies to each item returned and will be deducted from the refund.
Customers must contact SIEB and receive return authorization and return instructions before sending an item back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
9. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SIEB is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned, lost, or cannot be delivered because of customer-provided address information, additional production and/or shipping charges may apply before a replacement can be sent.
Any refund or replacement in such circumstances is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
10. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for accepting or collecting shipments when required.
If a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or not collected within the carrier's required period, SIEB does not guarantee a free replacement, reshipment, or refund unless required by applicable law.
Additional production or shipping costs may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
11. LOST-IN-TRANSIT ORDERS
If tracking indicates that an order has not arrived and you believe it has been lost in transit, contact SIEB promptly.
Claims concerning packages believed to be lost in transit should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, unless applicable law provides a longer mandatory period.
We may require confirmation of the shipping address and other information necessary to investigate the shipment with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
A carrier delay does not automatically mean a shipment is lost.
12. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:
-
Around the delivery location;
-
With household members;
-
With neighbors where appropriate;
-
With building management or reception;
-
With the applicable shipping carrier.
Contact SIEB promptly if the package still cannot be located.
Claims involving packages marked delivered will be reviewed individually. SIEB does not guarantee a refund or replacement merely because tracking shows delivery and the customer subsequently reports that the package cannot be located, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, orders are not guaranteed to be changeable or cancelable after purchase.
Contact SIEB immediately if you discover an ordering error.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible, but once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
This provision does not limit cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING AND FULFILLMENT
SIEB may use independent third parties, including print-on-demand providers such as Printful and other manufacturers, fulfillment facilities, warehouses, and carriers, to produce, package, fulfill, and deliver products.
Products within the same order may be manufactured or shipped separately and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
The use of a third-party manufacturer or fulfillment provider does not eliminate any legal responsibility that applicable law places on SIEB as the seller.
Customers should contact SIEB, rather than a manufacturing or fulfillment provider, regarding SIEB orders unless SIEB specifically instructs otherwise.
15. NORMAL PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Certain differences are inherent in made-to-order apparel and accessories.
Reasonable production variations may include slight differences in:
-
Print placement;
-
Print dimensions;
-
Embroidery placement;
-
Stitching;
-
Color or shade;
-
Fabric texture;
-
Garment dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerances; and
-
Other minor production characteristics.
A normal production variation that does not materially affect the product's intended use or materially depart from its description will not ordinarily be considered a manufacturing defect, subject to applicable law.
16. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with the product or on the applicable product page or label.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, improper drying, improper ironing, bleaching, alterations, excessive wear, failure to follow care instructions, or other customer-caused damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
17. ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES AND MATERIALS
Product materials and composition may vary by product and manufacturer. Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other concerns should review available material information before purchase and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
SIEB does not represent that every product is suitable for every individual.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. REFUNDS
If SIEB approves a return, customers may choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method, where reasonably possible.
For eligible non-defective returns, returns for store credit are free. For refunds to the original payment method, a $7 return-label fee applies to each item returned and will be deducted from the refund.
Any applicable sales tax will be refunded or adjusted as required by applicable law.
Processing times after a refund is issued are controlled by the customer's bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.
Original shipping charges and other fees may be non-refundable where legally permitted.
19. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact SIEB first if they believe there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights provided by their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
SIEB reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, communications, photographs, policy acceptance records, and other relevant evidence to a payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.
20. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES MADE BY SIEB OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, SIEB DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY SIEB OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty, statutory guarantee, consumer right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit SIEB to disclaim or limit.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from a product return, exchange, shipping delay, or refund dispute where such damages may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot legally be limited, personal injury or other liability that applicable law prohibits SIEB from excluding or limiting.
Additional limitations applicable to use of the SIEB website and purchases may be contained in SIEB's Terms of Service.
22. NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, waive, restrict, or diminish any consumer protection, warranty, cancellation, refund, return, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
If a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory law applicable to a particular transaction, that mandatory law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
23. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers purchasing from outside the United States may have mandatory rights under the laws applicable to their purchase.
Where applicable law grants a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, warranty, conformity, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived, SIEB will honor that right notwithstanding a conflicting provision of this Policy.
24. POLICY ABUSE AND FRAUD
SIEB reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or duplicate claims.
Providing false information, altered photographs, fabricated delivery claims, or other fraudulent documentation may result in denial of a claim where legally permissible and may be reported to relevant payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
Nothing in this section permits SIEB to deny a legitimate statutory consumer claim.
25. POLICY CHANGES
SIEB may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.
The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, except where a subsequent change is required by law or provides rights that SIEB elects to extend to existing orders.
26. CONTACTING SIEB
All return, refund, damaged-product, incorrect-product, manufacturing-defect, and lost-shipment inquiries must be directed to SIEB through the contact information published on our website.
Please include your order number and sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the order.
Do not send products to any address without prior return authorization and instructions from SIEB.
