SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from SIEB LLC (“SIEB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and online store.
By placing an order with SIEB, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
1. ORDER FULFILLMENT
Many SIEB products are produced, printed, embroidered, packaged, or fulfilled specifically after an order is placed.
SIEB may use independent third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, and shipping carriers, including Printful, to manufacture, fulfill, package, and deliver products.
Products may be manufactured, handled, stored, packaged, or shipped from different facilities depending on product availability, customer destination, manufacturing capacity, and fulfillment requirements.
2. PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIMES
Orders may require production and fulfillment before shipment.
Any processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, or delivery timeframe displayed by SIEB is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Processing and fulfillment may be affected by product availability, order volume, manufacturing requirements, printing or embroidery requirements, quality-control procedures, holidays, weather, supply-chain disruptions, fulfillment-center capacity, or other circumstances outside SIEB's reasonable control.
An estimated fulfillment or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless SIEB expressly states otherwise.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping estimates generally begin after applicable production and fulfillment have been completed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, shipping method, customs processing, weather, holidays, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances.
SIEB will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate shipping information but cannot guarantee a third-party carrier's actual delivery date.
4. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING CARRIERS
SIEB may use independent postal services, couriers, freight providers, and other shipping or delivery companies.
Once a shipment is transferred to a carrier, transportation and delivery operations are performed by that independent third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB is not responsible for delays, disruptions, mishandling, or other carrier-related events outside SIEB's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section eliminates any responsibility that applicable law places on SIEB as the seller.
5. MULTIPLE AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Products purchased in the same order may be manufactured or fulfilled at different facilities.
Therefore:
-
An order may arrive in multiple packages;
-
Packages may have different tracking numbers;
-
Products may ship on different dates; and
-
Products may arrive at different times.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.
6. SHIPPING AND MANUFACTURING ORIGIN
SIEB products may be manufactured, printed, embroidered, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped from facilities located within or outside the customer's country.
The facility used may vary between products and orders.
A shipping location does not necessarily represent the country of origin of the product or every component or material incorporated into it.
SIEB will provide country-of-origin or other product information where required by applicable law.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state/province/region, postal or ZIP code, country, and other information reasonably necessary for delivery.
Customers should carefully review this information before submitting an order.
8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If you discover an address error, contact SIEB immediately.
SIEB will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production, fulfillment, or shipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIEB is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, returns, or additional expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information supplied by the customer.
If reproduction or reshipment becomes necessary because of customer-provided address information, additional production and/or shipping charges may apply where legally permitted.
9. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for accepting or collecting shipments when required.
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not collected within a carrier's required period may be returned to a fulfillment facility.
SIEB does not guarantee a free refund, replacement, reproduction, or reshipment for packages returned because they were refused or unclaimed, except where required by applicable law.
Additional production, handling, or shipping costs may apply before reshipment.
10. TRACKING INFORMATION
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after shipment.
Tracking information is supplied by third-party carriers and may not update immediately.
SIEB does not control the timing or frequency of carrier tracking updates.
A temporary lack of tracking activity does not necessarily mean that a shipment has been lost.
11. LOST-IN-TRANSIT PACKAGES
If an order has not arrived and appears to have been lost in transit, contact SIEB promptly.
Claims for shipments believed to be lost in transit should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, unless applicable law provides a longer mandatory period.
SIEB may request the order number, confirmation of the shipping address, tracking information, customer contact information, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment.
SIEB may investigate the matter with the manufacturer, fulfillment provider, postal service, or carrier before determining an appropriate remedy.
12. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, building management or reception where applicable, and the applicable carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact SIEB promptly.
SIEB may investigate the delivery with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.
A tracking status of “delivered” does not automatically determine every customer claim. Any remedy will depend upon the circumstances and applicable law.
13. DELIVERY DELAYS
Deliveries may be delayed by circumstances including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs inspections, governmental actions, labor disputes, holidays, high-volume periods, supply-chain disruptions, public emergencies, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside SIEB's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from a shipping delay outside SIEB's reasonable control.
Nothing in this provision limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may experience additional transit times and may be subject to customs procedures, border inspections, import requirements, taxes, duties, fees, or other governmental charges.
International delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Customs and border processing are controlled by governmental authorities and are outside SIEB's direct control.
15. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, VAT, or other governmental charges imposed in connection with an international shipment.
These charges may be determined by governmental authorities or carriers and may not be included in the product price or shipping charge paid to SIEB.
SIEB does not control charges imposed by foreign customs or tax authorities.
Nothing in this provision shifts an obligation to the customer where applicable law requires SIEB to bear or disclose it.
16. CUSTOMS DELAYS OR REFUSAL
International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs processing outside SIEB's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for lawful importation where applicable.
If a shipment is refused because a customer declines to pay a legally applicable customer-paid import charge, additional costs may apply subject to applicable law.
17. SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges are generally displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.
Shipping charges may vary depending upon destination, products ordered, package size or weight, number of fulfillment locations, shipping method, and other fulfillment factors.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, original shipping charges may be non-refundable depending upon the circumstances giving rise to a refund.
18. ORDER CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE
Because many SIEB products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.
Changes to products, sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping information cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
Customers should contact SIEB immediately after discovering an error.
Once production, fulfillment, or shipment has begun, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
19. DELIVERY TO SECURE LOCATIONS
Customers are responsible for providing a delivery location where packages can reasonably and safely be received.
Where permitted by applicable law, SIEB is not responsible for loss occurring after confirmed delivery when a package is subsequently stolen or removed from the delivery location by an unrelated third party.
Claims involving disputed delivery will nevertheless be evaluated according to the circumstances, carrier information, and applicable law.
20. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If a product arrives materially damaged, do not discard the product or packaging.
Contact SIEB promptly and no later than the claim period specified in our Return & Refund Policy unless applicable law provides a longer mandatory period.
SIEB may request photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the entire product, specific damage, packaging, and shipping label.
Qualifying claims will be handled according to the SIEB Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
21. HEALTH, CONTAMINATION, INFECTIOUS DISEASE AND THIRD-PARTY PACKAGE HANDLING
SIEB products and packages may be manufactured, printed, embroidered, stored, handled, packaged, transported, processed, inspected, and delivered by independent manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment facilities, warehouse operators, customs authorities, postal services, shipping carriers, delivery personnel, and other third parties outside SIEB's direct physical control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB does not represent or guarantee that any product, package, shipping container, mailer, packaging material, label, or shipment will remain sterile, sanitized, pathogen-free, allergen-free, contaminant-free, or completely free from exposure to bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, microorganisms, communicable diseases, environmental substances, or other contaminants during manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, handling, transportation, customs processing, or delivery.
This includes potential exposure occurring while products or packages are handled by independent manufacturers, fulfillment providers, warehouse personnel, postal workers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, delivery personnel, or other unrelated third parties.
Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care when receiving, opening, handling, washing, cleaning, or using delivered products and for following applicable product-care instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB shall not be liable for illness, infection, disease transmission, allergic reaction, contamination, exposure, or other injury allegedly resulting solely from contamination, exposure, handling, storage, transportation, inspection, or delivery occurring outside SIEB's direct control.
This provision includes alleged exposure to communicable or infectious diseases, including COVID-19, influenza, and other viral, bacterial, fungal, or transmissible illnesses.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for SIEB's own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot legally be limited, or any liability, warranty, statutory right, or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit SIEB to exclude or limit.
22. ALLERGENS AND ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE DURING SHIPPING
Products and packaging may encounter environmental substances or materials during manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, customs processing, or delivery that are outside SIEB's direct physical control.
SIEB does not guarantee an allergen-free shipping or handling environment unless expressly stated for a particular product.
Customers with serious allergies, sensitivities, compromised immunity, or other concerns should exercise appropriate precautions when receiving and handling packages and products.
Nothing in this section limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. EVENTS OUTSIDE SIEB'S REASONABLE CONTROL
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, outbreaks of communicable disease, wars, civil disturbances, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, transportation failures, telecommunications failures, supply-chain interruptions, or similar events.
This provision does not excuse obligations that applicable law does not permit SIEB to exclude.
24. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURERS AND FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS
The fact that a product is manufactured, printed, embroidered, fulfilled, packaged, stored, handled, or shipped by Printful or another third-party provider does not create a direct customer-service relationship between that provider and a SIEB customer.
Questions and claims regarding orders purchased from SIEB should be directed to SIEB, unless SIEB specifically instructs otherwise.
Customers should not independently return or ship merchandise to Printful, another manufacturer, fulfillment provider, warehouse, or an address appearing on a shipment without instructions from SIEB.
25. LIMITATION OF SHIPPING-RELATED LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages resulting solely from shipping delays, carrier disruptions, customs delays, third-party handling, or other shipping events outside SIEB's reasonable control.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot legally be limited, personal injury where applicable law prohibits such limitation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit SIEB to exclude or limit.
26. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, and lost-shipment claims are also governed by the SIEB Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review both policies before purchasing.
If a provision of this Shipping Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to a transaction, that mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
27. NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or diminish a consumer right, warranty, statutory guarantee, remedy, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
Customers located outside the United States may have additional mandatory rights under laws applicable to their purchases.
28. POLICY UPDATES
SIEB may modify this Shipping Policy from time to time.
The version generally applicable to an order will be the version in effect when the order was placed, except where a subsequent modification is required by law or SIEB elects to provide additional rights.
29. CONTACTING SIEB
Questions concerning shipping, tracking, delayed deliveries, lost shipments, damaged packages, contamination concerns, or other delivery issues should be directed to SIEB using the contact information published on our website.
Please include your order number and sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the shipment.
Do not independently return products to Printful, a manufacturer, fulfillment provider, warehouse, or shipping address without prior instructions from SIEB.
